2. How We Use Your Information

• Matchmaking Services: Displaying your profile details, matrimonial preferences, and verified status to relevant members within the community.
• Authentication & Security: Verifying member identities, authenticating login sessions, preventing spam, and securing account access.
• Communication: Sending important account updates, OTPs from Email, match recommendations, and customer support responses.

3. Permissions Requested & Purpose

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Required solely to let you take real-time profile photos or scan verification documents directly within the app.
• Media / Storage Access: Required to select and upload existing photographs from your device gallery for your profile.
• Internet (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to connect to our secure backend servers to sync your matrimonial profile data.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• Public Member Visibility: Other registered members of the application can view the profile data and photos you choose to make public.
• No Third-Party Sale: We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any external marketing agencies or third parties.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information only if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or official governmental request.

5. Data Security

• All data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers is encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access to sensitive personal records is strictly restricted to authorized administrative personnel for verification and moderation purposes.

6. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)

In compliance with Google Play Developer policies, you have complete control over your personal data:

• Request via Email: You can request complete removal of your profile, photos, and associated personal records by emailing us at devadmin.support@gmail.com with your registered phone number/email.
• Upon receiving your request, your data will be permanently wiped from our active databases within 30 days.

Welcome to Ravidaasiya Matrimonial App. By downloading, registering, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• This app is strictly intended for individuals legally eligible for marriage under applicable laws.
• Users must be of legal marriageable age at the time of registration (minimum 18 years for females and 21 years for males in India).
• Membership is solely for personal matchmaking, not for commercial or casual dating purposes.

2. Accurate & Authentic Information

• Users agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding their personal, educational, and family details.
• Impersonation or creating accounts on behalf of someone without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete profiles containing misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent data.

3. Profile Content & Photos

• Users must upload only their own genuine and recent photographs.
• Uploading obscene, copyrighted, offensive, or third-party images is strictly forbidden.

4. Code of Conduct & Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, extortion, obscene messaging, or fraudulent financial requests will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
• Scraping, copying, or distributing profile information of other members outside the app is illegal.

5. Safety & Personal Security

• Users are advised never to share sensitive financial information, passwords, OTPs, or send money to any member.
• The platform will never ask for your bank OTP or login credentials.

6. Verification & Match Responsibility

• While we implement basic profile screening, we do not guarantee the background, character, legal status, or marital readiness of any member.
• Users are strongly advised to conduct independent family, social, and background verifications before entering into any matrimonial alliance.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

• We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or terminate any account without prior notice if a violation of these terms occurs.
• Users can request account and data deletion directly through the app settings or by writing to our support email.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the application to maintain security and quality of service.

• डिवाइस और तकनीकी जानकारी: ऐप के सुचारू संचालन और धोखाधड़ी को रोकने के लिए डिवाइस मॉडल, ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम संस्करण, विशिष्ट डिवाइस पहचानकर्ता (Unique Device Identifiers), और नेटवर्क जानकारी।

2. हम आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं (How We Use Your Information)

• मैचमेकिंग सेवाएँ: समुदाय के संबंधित सदस्यों को आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल का विवरण, वैवाहिक प्राथमिकताएँ और सत्यापित स्थिति प्रदर्शित करना।
• प्रमाणीकरण और सुरक्षा: सदस्यों की पहचान सत्यापित करना, लॉगिन सत्र प्रमाणित करना, स्पैम को रोकना और खाता सुरक्षा बनाए रखना।
• संचार: महत्वपूर्ण खाता अपडेट, ईमेल के माध्यम से ओटीपी (OTP), उपयुक्त रिश्ते के सुझाव और ग्राहक सहायता संबंधी उत्तर भेजना।

3. मांगी जाने वाली अनुमतियाँ और उद्देश्य (Permissions Requested & Purpose)

• कैमरा (android.permission.CAMERA): केवल ऐप के अंदर सीधे रीयल-टाइम प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो लेने या सत्यापन दस्तावेज़ स्कैन करने के लिए।
• मीडिया / स्टोरेज एक्सेस: आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल के लिए डिवाइस की गैलरी से मौजूदा तस्वीरों को चुनने और अपलोड करने के लिए।
• इंटरनेट (android.permission.INTERNET): आपके वैवाहिक प्रोफ़ाइल डेटा को सुरक्षित बैकएंड सर्वर से सिंक और कनेक्ट करने के लिए।

4. डेटा साझाकरण और प्रकटीकरण (Data Sharing & Disclosure)

• सार्वजनिक सदस्य दृश्यता: एप्लिकेशन के अन्य पंजीकृत सदस्य वह प्रोफ़ाइल डेटा और तस्वीरें देख सकते हैं जिन्हें आप सार्वजनिक करना चुनते हैं।
• कोई तृतीय-पक्ष बिक्री नहीं: हम आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा किसी भी बाहरी मार्केटिंग एजेंसी या तीसरे पक्ष को कतई नहीं बेचते, किराए पर नहीं देते और न ही व्यापार करते हैं।
• कानूनी आवश्यकताएं: हम आपकी जानकारी केवल तभी प्रकट कर सकते हैं जब लागू कानून, अदालती आदेश या आधिकारिक सरकारी अनुरोध द्वारा ऐसा करना आवश्यक हो।

5. डेटा सुरक्षा (Data Security)

6. खाता और डेटा हटाना (उपयोगकर्ता अधिकार)

Google Play डेवलपर नीतियों के अनुसार, आपका अपने व्यक्तिगत डेटा पर पूरा नियंत्रण है:

• अनुरोध प्राप्त होने के बाद, आपका डेटा 30 दिनों के भीतर हमारे सक्रिय डेटाबेस से स्थायी रूप से हटा दिया जाएगा।

रविदासिया मैट्रिमोनियल ऐप (Ravidaasiya Matrimonial App) में आपका स्वागत है। हमारे मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन को डाउनलोड, रजिस्टर या उपयोग करके, आप निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों से बंधे होने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

1. पात्रता और आयु आवश्यकता (Eligibility & Age Requirement)

• यह ऐप केवल उन व्यक्तियों के लिए है जो लागू कानूनों के तहत कानूनी रूप से विवाह के योग्य हैं।
• पंजीकरण के समय उपयोगकर्ताओं की आयु विवाह की कानूनी न्यूनतम आयु होनी अनिवार्य है (भारत में महिलाओं के लिए न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष और पुरुषों के लिए 21 वर्ष)।
• सदस्यता केवल व्यक्तिगत मैचमेकिंग के लिए है, किसी भी व्यावसायिक या कैज़ुअल डेटिंग उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं।

2. सही और प्रामाणिक जानकारी (Accurate & Authentic Information)

• उपयोगकर्ता अपने व्यक्तिगत, शैक्षिक और पारिवारिक विवरणों के संबंध में सही, सटीक और नवीनतम जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
• किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का रूप धारण करना (Impersonation) या किसी की स्पष्ट सहमति के बिना उसकी ओर से खाता बनाना सख्त वर्जित है।
• भ्रामक, गलत या धोखाधड़ी वाली जानकारी वाले प्रोफाइल को निलंबित या हटाने का अधिकार हमारे पास सुरक्षित है।

3. प्रोफ़ाइल सामग्री और तस्वीरें (Profile Content & Photos)

• उपयोगकर्ताओं को केवल अपनी वास्तविक और हालिया तस्वीरें ही अपलोड करनी होंगी।
• अश्लील, कॉपीराइट की गई, आपत्तिजनक या किसी तीसरे पक्ष की तस्वीरें अपलोड करना सख्त मना है।

4. आचरण संहिता और अस्वीकार्य व्यवहार (Code of Conduct & Unacceptable Behavior)

• उत्पीड़न, अभद्र भाषा, घृणास्पद भाषण, जबरन वसूली, अश्लील संदेश या धोखाधड़ी से वित्तीय मांग करने पर खाता तत्काल और स्थायी रूप से समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा।
• ऐप से अन्य सदस्यों की प्रोफ़ाइल जानकारी को बाहर कॉपी, स्क्रैप या वितरित करना गैरकानूनी है।

5. सुरक्षा और व्यक्तिगत गोपनीयता (Safety & Personal Security)

• उपयोगकर्ताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे कभी भी संवेदनशील वित्तीय जानकारी, पासवर्ड, ओटीपी साझा न करें और न ही किसी सदस्य को पैसे भेजें।
• यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म आपसे कभी भी आपके बैंक का ओटीपी या लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल नहीं मांगेगा।

6. सत्यापन और रिश्ते की ज़िम्मेदारी (Verification & Match Responsibility)

• यद्यपि हम बुनियादी प्रोफ़ाइल स्क्रीनिंग लागू करते हैं, फिर भी हम किसी भी सदस्य की पृष्ठभूमि, चरित्र, कानूनी स्थिति या विवाह की तैयारी की गारंटी नहीं देते हैं।
• उपयोगकर्ताओं को दृढ़ता से सलाह दी जाती है कि वे किसी भी वैवाहिक संबंध में आगे बढ़ने से पहले स्वतंत्र रूप से पारिवारिक, सामाजिक और पृष्ठभूमि सत्यापन अवश्य करें।

7. खाता हटाना और समाप्ति (Account Deletion & Termination)

• यदि इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन होता है, तो हमें बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी खाते की समीक्षा करने, संपादित करने, निलंबित करने या समाप्त करने का अधिकार है।
